Experience the heartwarming story of “Carmela Full of Wishes” brought to life in this enchanting play for young audiences. From the creators of the beloved Last Stop on Market Street comes a tale filled with magic, hope, and the beauty of everyday moments.

On her birthday, Carmela’s greatest wish has already come true—she’s finally old enough to accompany her big brother on the family’s daily errands. As they journey through their vibrant neighborhood, past familiar sights like the busy bus stop, the local repair shop, and the panadería, Carmela discovers a single dandelion growing in the pavement outside the Laundromat. But before she can blow its delicate seeds into the wind, her brother reminds her of the importance of making a wish. If only she could find the perfect wish…

This play is a heartfelt celebration of family, dreams, and finding hope in the most unexpected places. “Carmela Full of Wishes” will inspire audiences of all ages to cherish the small moments that make life extraordinary.

This show will tour the STL region!

Rehearsals:

August 11th – 15th, August 17th-18th, August 20th-22nd, August 24th-25th, & August 27th-29th 10:00am-3:00pm

Technical Rehearsals:

August 31st, September 2nd, September 4th-6th 10:00am-4:00pm

Performances (primarily during the school day, with select evening and weekend performances): September 8th- November 2nd.

Pay Rate: Non-Equity, $425/week (rehearsals and performances up to 7 per week, for additional performances an additional $60 will be paid per performance)
